Simply, we don’t have the overheads the big agencys have (lower rents, flexible workforce to pay etc). However we are just as capable and experienced as a big agency. We’re small enough to be flexible and personal. We’re big enough to be resourceful and cost effective.

What happens if I don’t like the initial design concepts?

If for any reason you wish to terminate your project with us, you will be refunded 25% of the production deposit, as long as we have not progressed beyond the initial concepts stage. The remainder of the deposit will go towards covering our expenses and the hours that we have spent on your project.

How long does it take?

It could take a week or even less – but realistically most logos take around 3-4 weeks, and a full blown corporate identity can take several months.

Who will be my main point of contact?

The designer who is actually designing your logo is Corporate Identity Specialist – Christophe Conder who will be managing its progress through our studio, and who will have been your first point of contact.

Will my logo be unique?
