What happens if I don’t like the initial design concepts?
If for any reason you wish to terminate your project with us, you will be refunded 25% of the production deposit, as long as we have not progressed beyond the initial concepts stage. The remainder of the deposit will go towards covering our expenses and the hours that we have spent on your project.

Our fees are fixed and agreed in advance, which allows you to budget exactly and avoids any confusion at a later stage. How long does it take?
It could take a week or even less – but realistically most logos take around 3-4 weeks, and a full blown corporate identity can take several months.
Who will be my main point of contact?
The designer who is actually designing your logo is Corporate Identity Specialist – Christophe Conder who will be managing its progress through our studio, and who will have been your first point of contact.
Will my logo be unique?
Yes Completely. It will be designed exclusively for your organisation, product or service. It will be one of a kind!
Do I need a company that has a special understanding of my business?
Definitely. A logo must reflect the qualities that make a business or a product unique. Take your time to go over our logo design portfolio and ask yourself if our design styles would represent the look and feel you are looking to achieve for your business brand.
We will also get a better understanding of your business needs by learning about your goals, your position in the market place, your potential clients or customers, your competitors, your products, service etc.
Who will own the copyright?
You will. (Just as soon you settle your remaining balance.) we reserve the right to showcase work done for your in our portfolio. Concepts that are not chosen remain under our copyright.
What exactly do I get?
Creative Central’s creative powers, intelligence and undivided attention – and one perfect design solution! In order to reach that solution you get between 2 & 6 unique logo design concepts, various stages of development work and then the master artwork in various formats for the web and print so that you can use your logo anywhere you choose from the side of your pen to the side of your private jet.
